Arrival at Ayurvedic Resort
Arrive at Cochin Airport and transfer to Ayurvedic resort in Kumarakom or Alleppey. Welcome drink and initial Ayurvedic consultation with doctor. Evening yoga session.

Morning yoga and meditation. Ayurvedic treatments including Abhyangam (full body massage) and Shirodhara. Afternoon nature walk. Evening cooking demonstration of healthy Kerala cuisine.
